Our story
A family-run real estate agency from Bánov, Slovakia — Ľubica, Stanislav and Adam Guláš. We work mainly around Nové Zámky and across the Nitra region.
Our name, DOMOVENA, grew out of the words that mean the most to us and that flow into one another — DOM and DOMOV, "house" and "home". Not just a place with solid walls, a reliable roof and warmth, but a home in the wider sense: where a person has their roots and where they most like to return, because loved ones are waiting and they feel safe. That is the kind of HOME we want to guide you to.
The ending -VENA comes from ŽIVENA, the Slavic goddess of life, love, spring and fertility, whom our ancestors honoured as the giver of new beginnings and family happiness. ŽIVENA brings a feminine gentleness, warmth and care into our brand — and that is what we want to pass on to you.
DOMOVENA thus joins two ideas we carry in our hearts: a solid, safe HOME and the caring, human approach of the Slavic goddess ŽIVENA, who protects all that lives. We don't want to be mere brokers for the sale of your house or apartment — we want to help you find the place where you'll start writing the next chapter of your life. That is the story behind our name.
The DOMOVENA logo combines the letter D with the image of a round stained-glass window set into the outline of a house with a roof. Together these elements create a sense of harmony, integrity and beauty.
At the centre of the composition is a star — a subtle yet distinct symbol that guides good decisions. The balanced, complete mark expresses elegance, reliability and the feeling of a home where every detail matters. It reflects our wish to be the guide who helps you find the perfect home.
